The santoor came with a missing string, but since there were spares. I was able to add on and all went good.

Well made instrument, good customer support from SALA music in TurkeyThis is not a chromatic dulcimer, nine "Kharaks" ie bridgesRight side copied by left side with one octave differenceMajor scale of F when I received it,Amazon's description of coming with with a hard case is completely untrue, comes with a nice soft caseThe tuner is chincy a pipe hammered on the end.Nice sounding instrumentI think the strings are only of two gages one for left, one for right side-----------Imperfections but I am satisfied with a nice instrument-----------From an American perpective classic Persian music sounds weird with strange tunings-----------Shedechi is the name of a music teacher and performer in California

In display show hard case but came soft fabric case.

It is a butiful santour. I decided to learn instrument since I am home for Covid 19 at very old age.

Great! The instrument is beautiful and has great sound. It was very well packaged and shipped quickly.

I love this instrument, it is a world of melody and it rises into the air like incense to the Lord! Thank you, gratefully, a Minstrel in the Court of the King
