I absolutely LOVE this instrument - I had never played Turkish Rebab before, but it was so easy to get a nice-sounding tone out of this one. The construction is solid and it is a work of art to look at. The fine folks at Sala shipped quickly and there were no problems there. I hope that they might be able to come up with a lower-cost model as I have many students who would like to play Rebab but can't afford the $800.
